Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Mammography Technologist to support a regional diagnostic imaging team across multiple facilities. You will be a key member of the Float Team, performing high-quality mammography exams while ensuring patient safety, privacy, and comfort.

Responsibilities include reviewing images, adhering to protocols, maintaining equipment, and documenting procedures accurately within PACS/RIS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R, ARRT-M and BLS certifications are required.
• At least 2 years of hospital-based radiologic and mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Review images and adhere to imaging protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment; document procedures.
• Operate PACS/RIS systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide patient education and ensure privacy and comfort during exams.
• Perform image quality review and QC testing; maintain a clean stocked work area.
