Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT seeks a compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our Radiology team. This PRN position offers potential to transition to full-time and supports early detection and prevention of breast cancer.

Training will be provided for mammography; ARRT and MT licensure are required, with Mammography certification preferred or to be obtained within six months. Join a dedicated healthcare team committed to quality care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Current ARRT certification.
Valid Montana State Radiologic Technologist license.
BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Identify and prepare patients for mammography exams, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
Document patient history and exam-related information accurately.
Perform mammography imaging and process images for radiologist interpretation.
Complete all required documentation according to departmental protocols.
Explain exam results and options as communicated by the Radiologist.
Carry out daily start-up and end-of-day duties per procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment with inventory control.
Assist with quality assurance and accreditation preparation.
