Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. seeks an experienced mammography technologist to perform digital screening and diagnostic mammography under physician supervision. You will ensure high-quality images while following radiation safety and MQSA standards.

ARRT Mammography certification and SC license are required, with CPR certification and hospital PACS proficiency expected. The role emphasizes accurate breast imaging, patient comfort, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT certified in Mammography and maintain credits.
• South Carolina license in SCRQSA in process or active.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficiency with PACS and hospital computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital screening and diagnostic mammography imaging.
• Assist with procedures such as needle localization and stereotactic biopsy.
• Maintain radiation safety and QA/QC per MQSA and federal guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Support radiology team with timely exam completion.
