Job summary

Lexington Health’s Lex Women's Care-West Columbia seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in digital screening mammography. You will perform breast imaging with attention to anatomy, safety, and precision, under physician supervision, while adhering to hospital policy.

The role requires ARRT certifications, SC licensure, CPR, and MQSA/ACR QA adherence. Day-to-day duties include QC checks, documentation, and patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or AMA-approved school in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology; Mammography certification required.
• SCRQSA license application or current license; CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of MQSA and ACR guidelines for quality control and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital screening mammography imaging per hospital policies.
• Maintain image quality and safety according to federal regulations.
• Conduct weekly QC and participate in QA/QC meetings.
• Assist with patient preparation and scheduling as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy guidelines.
