Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of radiology experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• ARRT Mammography license required.
• BLS certification required.

• Strong English reading, writing and speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs breast imaging procedures including mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, and breast ultrasound.
• Follows MQSA and ACR guidelines for breast imaging.
• Identifies and reviews requisitions for consistency of examination with clinical diagnosis.
• Conducts quality control and ensures equipment safety within MQSA/ACR guidelines.
• Communicates with patients before, during and after imaging to explain next steps.
