Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• One-year full-time experience as a tech with documentation of clinical experience and 3D required.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• ARRT certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• MQSA/FDA CEU requirements: 15 CEU’s every 3 years; 200 documented cases every 2 years.
• Knowledge of database software; eRad and Sectra RIS/PACS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, performs specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in women patients for our client facilities.
• Mammographer may perform screening exams or diagnostic exams.
