Position Overview

Performs routine and specialized breast procedures to produce quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and clinical skills to ensure safe, precise procedures and accurate results. Gains patient and provider confidence through competent assessment, monitoring, and communication. Adheres to all regulations and policies to ensure privacy and safety while delivering patient care. May also perform specific procedures or orient staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
• Certification & Licensure: ARRT-Mammography, CRT, RHM, BLS
• Experience: 2 years recent relevant experience
• Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of mammography principles, procedures, equipment, and related medical knowledge; excellent communication skills; organizational and time management skills; proficiency with computer applications and health record systems; ability to work independently and as part of a team; respect for patient privacy.

Additional Details

Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (external candidates only)

Shift: Days, Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week

Benefits included. No union. Non-exempt status. Pay range: $66.01 to $82.50/hour.
