Job summary

Palomar Health in the General Women\'s Services department seeks a Radiologic Technologist specializing in screening and diagnostic mammography. You will ensure compliance with FDA, MQSA, and California requirements, maintain QA/QC documentation, and support physicians, RNs, and patients through clear explanations of procedures.

The role may include Bone DEXA rotation and occasional leadership in the Program Manager’s absence to sustain service continuity and department operations.

Qualifications

• Screening and diagnostic mammography procedures per FDA/MQSA/CA rules.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation for imaging equipment.
• Meet continuing education requirements for California, FDA and American College of Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Bone DEXA services as needed.
• In the absence of the Program Manager, may se in leadership role to ensure continuity of service.
• Attend meetings or programs to improve operations or services.
