• Performs mammography radiographic exams with attention to radiation safety and image quality.
• Enter and monitor patient data.
• Perform quality assurance on mammography equipment and assist with accreditation processes.
• Identify and report accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to management.
• Take emergency call within the department.
• Adhere to Memorial Hermann policies and budgetary constraints; manage time and supplies efficiently.
• Support professional growth, act as a preceptor or mentor to less experienced staff.
• Provide compassionate, personalized care to patients and colleagues.
