Job summary

RadNet in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team. You will operate mammographic equipment, ensure high-quality diagnostic images, and provide compassionate patient care throughout exams. The role requires ARRT certification, state license, and BLS; one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred. Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(M) certification is required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
• BLS certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment and other devices following policies and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images with timely patient care.
• Adjust equipment settings (compression, KvP, Mas, AEC) to optimize imaging.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or issues.
• Guide patients through the exam process and answer questions.
• Respond to physician questions regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications with policy compliance.
