Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR is seeking a Mammography Technologist for the day shift. You will perform mammography procedures following physician orders and utilize advanced equipment to capture high-quality images, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Required licenses include Oregon Radiographer License, BLS, ARRT Radiography, and Mammography certification within 6 months. A $6,000 signing bonus is available for eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Radiographer License required at hire.
• BLS certification at hire (American Heart Association).
• ARRT Radiography certification at hire.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire must obtain Mammography MR/ARRT Mammography credential.

Responsibilities

• Performs mammography examinations according to physicians' orders using a variety of sophisticated mammography equipment and takes into account patient-specific needs to produce optimal images.
