Responsibilities
- Perform tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to company policies and protocols.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images promptly while providing excellent patient care.
- Understand and adjust equipment settings such as compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC, and photo cell selection to optimize image quality.
- Monitor patients' well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical issues and respond appropriately.
- Guide patients through procedures with clear communication, addressing questions and concerns.
- Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patients.
- Safeguard patient property and health information according to policies and legal requirements.
- Manage medications on-site following company procedures.
- Protect company property, including cash and patient financial information.
- Maintain professional behavior and responsiveness to patients and coworkers.
- Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
You Are:

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- ARRT(R)(M) certification
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
- Must have BLS certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred)
