Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate mammography and radiography equipment under supervision, delivering timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging for patients and referring physicians.

The role requires completion of technical or vocational training with registry in radiologic technology and an emphasis on MQSA standards, patient safety, and teamwork within the radiology department.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Mammography registry within 1 year of hire.
• MQSA standards-compliant qualification.
• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology.
• Training in an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography and radiography equipment for diagnostic exams.
• Provide quality, expedient service to patients and physicians.
• Support the radiology department under supervision of the radiologist and director.

Under the supervision of the radiologist, department director and supervisor, the employee is responsible for the operation of mammography and radiography equipment to perform diagnostic exams while providing quality, expedient service to patients and physicians.
