Job summary

Hmixray is seeking a Mammography Technologist/Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team in Maryland. The role focuses on performing diagnostic mammography and radiologic exams with a patient-centered approach, ensuring high-quality images and compassionate care.

Qualifications include ARRT, state license, and BLS. Schedule is Monday–Friday with monthly Saturday rotation; a sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(M) certification.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment and other devices following policies and protocols.
• Perform high quality radiologic exams on incoming patients.
• Produce high quality diagnostic images promptly while delivering excellent patient care.
• Adjust exposure settings, compression, grids, and related factors to optimize image quality.
• Monitor patients during exams and recognize discomfort or medical issues, taking appropriate action.
• Guide patients through procedures and address questions and concerns.

When you join us as a Mammography Technologist/ Radiologic Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with monthly Saturday rotation

You Will:

• Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other equipment/devices with adherence to established company policies and protocols.
• Perform high quality radiologic exams on incoming patients.
• Produce high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
• Understand and use compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo cell selection and other adjustments and factors on the equipment in order to produce high quality images.
• Monitor patients’ well- being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
