Job summary

Whitman Hospital & Medical Clinics in the United States is seeking a Mammography Radiologic Technologist. The role requires ARRT (R)(M), WA DOH Radiologic Technologist Certification, and an Associate's degree or higher, with at least 1 year of Mammography experience.

Expect a 40-hour work week with a Day Shift and competitive pay ($33.00 - $57.75 hourly) and full benefits. BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• 1+ year Mammography experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs satisfactory mammography exams.
• Uses two patient identifiers when greeting patients.
• Adheres to ALARA principles in all procedures.
• Reconciles images and paperwork in PACS.
• Cleans patient care equipment and surfaces.
• Uses PPE properly.
• Communicates effectively with staff and patients.
• Works with leads and radiologists to meet department needs.
• Completes QA and QC as needed.
• Stocks supplies and notifies leads when replenishment is needed.
• Schedules patients and provides preps as needed.
