Job summary

UP Health System Bell is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join the Radiology team in Ishpeming, MI. You will perform imaging studies, explain procedures to patients, and ensure comfort while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Qualifications include AMA-approved Radiography education, ARRT mammography/radiography certifications, and 5 years as a Mammography Quality Control Lead. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiography.
• ARRT registered in Mammography and Radiography as verified by ARRT.
• Minimum 5 years as a Mammography Quality Control Lead.

• Operates equipment to perform clinical diagnostic radiology exams and routine invasive procedures according to standards and practices.

What We're Looking For

• Applicant should be a graduate of AMA approved school of Radiography. Additional requirements include:
• ARRT Registered in Mammography/Radiography, Verification with certificate issued through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• 5 years as a Mammography Quality Control Lead
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
