This position will float to Elmont and Lynbrook as needed.

You Will:

1. Perform tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to company policies and protocols.
2. Produce high-quality diagnostic images promptly while providing excellent patient care.
3. Understand and adjust equipment settings such as compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC, and photo cell to produce optimal images.
4. Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical issues and respond appropriately.
5. Guide patients through procedures with kindness, explaining steps and addressing questions or concerns.
6. Respond to physician inquiries regarding patients.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

• ARRT(R)(M) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred)

Pay Range: USD $38.00 - USD $49.00 per hour

Shift: Mornings

Variations: Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Bonus/Incentives: $7,500.00
