UCSF Medical Center in Burlingame, CA is seeking a Mammography Technologist for per diem coverage. The role supports vacation and sick call coverage with weekday day shifts and a $5k sign-on bonus offered.

The position offers principal mammography pay of $97.66 per hour and Sr. mammography pay of $89.70 per hour, with required ARRT Mammography Certification, CRT Radiology License, BLS CPR, and MQSA training hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a formal radiology technology-training program in an AMA approved school.
• ARRT Mammography Certification is required.
• CRT Radiology License is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification is required.
• Requires proof of mammography - specific training of at least 40 documented hours, if certified after April 27, 1999.
• Requires proof of having performed at least 200 mammography exams in the last 24 months.
• Requires certificates of at least 15 CEU's in Mammography in the last 36-month period.
• Requires MQSA approved 8 hours of Digital and 3D Tomosynthesis training.

Responsibilities

• Provide mammography services as needed for vacation coverage and sick calls.
• Rotate shifts and cover UCSF Medical Center locations as needed.
• Assist at any UCSF Medical Center location in the Burlingame area.

Principal Mammography Per Diem pay: $97.66 hr

Sr. Mammography Tech Per Diem pay: $89.70 hr

• Graduate of a formal radiology technology-training program in an AMA approved school.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to rotate shifts and cover other UCSF locations.
• Must be willing to assist at any of the UCSF Medical Center Locations.
• Minimum of 3 years of Mammography experience for Sr level. More than 5 years of Mammography Exp for Prin. level
• ARRT Mammography Certification
• CRT Radiology License
• CRT Mammography License
• BLS Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification
• Requires proof of mammography - specific training of at least 40 documented hours, if certified after April 27, 1999.
• Requires proof of having performed at least 200 mammography exams in the last 24 months (rolling 24-month calendar)
• Requires certificates of at least 15 CEU's in Mammography in the last 36-month period (rolling 36 month calendar).
