Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic breast and bone density exams under radiologist direction. You’ll work a Monday-Friday Day shift in Georgia with competitive pay and benefits.

You’ll ensure ALARA, image quality, patient-centered care, and collaborate with radiology staff to provide data for diagnosis. Required ARRT Mammography and Radiography, an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and 2+ years of diagnostic radiography experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT Mammography and Radiography certifications required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast and bone density imaging exams per protocol.
• Ensure image quality and proper patient identification.
• Support patient safety and ALARA principles.
• Assist radiologist with procedures and imaging protocols.
• Follow Wellstar policies and code of conduct.
