Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day-shift, full-time Breast Care Center Mammography Technician to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, bone density exams, and related QA/QC tasks in accordance with MQSA.

You will operate 3D tomosynthesis systems, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety. ARRT radiography registration is required within one year of employment.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in radiography is required.
• Registration through ARRT in mammography is required within one year of employment.
• Technical/Associate degree in radiography is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Perform bone density exams.
• Perform complex procedures at the discretion of the radiologist.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control tests in accordance with MQSA regulations.
• Operate digital and 3D tomosynthesis mammography machines.
• Troubleshoot mammography equipment and processors.

Job Requirements:

• Technical/Associate degree in radiography
• Registration through ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in radiography

• Registration through ARRT in bone density
• 1 year of mammography experience
