Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare Inc. is seeking a radiologic technologist specializing in mammography and bone density exams. The role involves ensuring equipment readiness, coordinating with radiologists, and delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced breast care center.

The position requires MA state radiography and mammography licensing, ARRT certification, and current BLS certification, with rotating schedule and sign-on bonus eligibility. Primary location: Falmouth MA.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Valid Massachusetts State License for Radiography and Mammography.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography, stereotactic, and bone density equipment effectively.
• Maintain MSQA compliance with QA checks and documentation.
• Review requisitions and radiologists reports to ensure prior images are available.
• Explain radiologic exams to patients and provide education about screening vs. diagnostic mammography.
