Job summary

The Miami VA Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiologist specializing in Mammography to lead breast imaging and oversee the Breast Imaging Center. The physician will provide interpretive and patient care services within clinical radiology, with emphasis on mammography and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities essential.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the United States required or TBD.
• Board certification or eligibility in Mammography and MQSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and interpret breast imaging exams and oversee the Breast Imaging Center.
• Perform and supervise mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided biopsies.
• Consult with patients and referring physicians; supervise medical students and residents.
