The Navigator will assume Administrative Supervisor responsibilities in their absence and work with the Supervisor to meet departmental goals, manage budgets, and foster relationships with referring physicians. The position requires acting as a liaison between Radiologists and referring providers to expedite patient care, ensuring compliance with MQSA and ACR standards, and assisting in departmental operations, including hiring and evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of a two-year AMA-approved radiologic technology program
• 3 Years of experience in Mammography
• ARRT Certification (Amer Reg Radiologic Technologist)
• RT(R) and RT(M) Certifications
