Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Lead Mammography Tech for the Northeast OPID, FT Days. You will provide clinical leadership within Imaging Services and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include 5 years of acute care radiology experience, Texas MRT/ARRT credentials, and strong leadership skills. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for professional development and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of prior imaging tech experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor staff.
• Ability to lift and maneuver patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities between diagnostic testing and nursing staff to improve patient flow.
• Direct departmental throughput, assign daily tasks, and manage resources.
• Ensure safe patient care and provide staff education within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff; act as a clinical resource.
