• Graduate from a two-year AMA-approved radiologic technology program; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs mammograms and programs the machine for correct density, contrast, definition, magnification and distortion.
• Prepares, maintains and operates mammography equipment in a safe, responsible manner per radiation safety guidelines.
• Performs and documents all QA/QC tests as defined by MQSA.
