The robust cross-training program will prepare you for the next step of your career, allowing you to train in Mammography and prepare for the ARRT Mammography boards.

Training will be provided in Mammography, Dexa, and X-Ray.
Interested X-ray Technologists will train in the Mammography Technologist role and will be equipped to accomplish the following:
This full time, 40 hour per week position is based in the AMI offices in Galloway, Egg Harbor Township, Somers Point, and Manahawkin. Training will be provided on the Mobile Mammography Van, and coverage will eventually provided on the Mobile Mammography Van as well. The work schedule includes varying shifts times Monday-Friday, including 7am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm, and 11:30am-8pm. The schedule includes rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
QualificationsEligible candidates have completed an accredited Radiology School program, are registered by or registry-eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with a current or upcoming X-Ray Technologistlicense in the State of NJ. American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross BLS certification is required prior to start of employment. Must have full knowledge of all aspects of radiation protection. Must be willing to complete the Mammography Cross Training program and successfully complete the ARRT Mammography boards. Dexa and X-Ray training will also be provided.
