Position Purpose
We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who deeply understands mobile app marketing for both Android & iOS, with a sharp focus on TROAS-based strategies. You’ll manage full-funnel performance campaigns, run growth experiments, and work cross-functionally to drive quality installs, in-app conversions, and maximize ROAS.
Education & Professional Qualification
Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
Certification(s): Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Experience
- 2+ Years of experience in Google Ads Specialist TROAS-Focused
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale Google App Campaigns (UAC) across Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store)
- Optimize campaigns for Target ROAS, focusing on revenue-driving events like purchases, subscriptions, and IAPs
- Perform deep competitor analysis using tools like SensorTower or AppMagic
- Handle mediation and in-app ad placements (AdMob, MoPub, ironSource, etc.)
- Monitor and improve app store visibility and ratings through review strategies
- Leverage Firebase, GA4, and Apple SKAdNetwork for conversion tracking
- Design and test creatives for various user journey stages
- Refine targeting, bidding, creatives, and placements to meet KPIs
- Build performance dashboards and deliver reporting
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing mobile app campaigns (Android + iOS) focused on TROAS
- Strong command over Google Ads UAC, Firebase, GA4, SKAN, App Store Connect, and conversion tracking
- Hands-on experience with ad mediation platforms
- Ability to manage review generation strategies on both app stores
- Experience with paid campaigns for apps with subscriptions or IAPs
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) or other UA channels like TikTok, Meta
- Worked on freemium, subscription, or hybrid monetization models
- Familiarity with privacy-first strategies (ATT, consent prompts, etc.)
