Title: Mammo Technologist

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri 07:30am-04:00pm

Compensation

Pay Range: $45.00-$55.00 Per HR

Description

Lead and mentor other technologists during designated shifts.

Perform breast imaging procedures for interpretation by licensed practitioners.

Ensure services are conducted safely and in compliance with guidelines.

Contribute to the imaging center team and seek feedback for clinical improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Dexa and X-ray procedures.

Operate mammography and ancillary equipment efficiently.

Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Document procedures accurately and concisely.

Demonstrate understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Utilize computer applications for data archiving and retrieval.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist.

Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography.

Hold advanced registration in Mammography through ARRT.

Meet state licensure requirements.

BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

Associate's degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited radiology program.
