• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

Title: MRI Technologist

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri 11:30am-08:00pm

Compensation

Pay Range: $45.00-$55.00 Per HR

Description

Perform routine to complex magnetic resonance procedures under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director.

Produce images for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner.

Ensure services are performed safely and in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Participate as a member of the imaging center team and seek/provide feedback for clinical practice improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine to complex MRI procedures and protocols.

Operate MRI and ancillary equipment efficiently.

Work independently and multitask effectively.

Document procedures accurately and concisely.

Understand human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.

Utilize computer applications for information and billing systems, digital archiving, and data retrieval.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist.

Associate's degree in Radiology or a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography with current valid registration.

MR advanced registration through ARRT.

Meet state licensure requirements for practice location.

BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
