Akumin Inc. is hiring a Mammo Tech at our Danbury, CT facility for a full-time role. You will learn safety, customer service, documentation, and operation of Radiology under a registered technologist, performing pre-screening, imaging, and required record-keeping.

Qualifications include a radiology program completion, ARRT/ARMRIT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification, and state licensure if applicable. Travel up to 5% may be needed; COVID vaccination may be required. Benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Successful completion of a Radiology School.
• Certificate from College or Technical School.
• State radiologic license if applicable.
• CPR certification.
• Certification by ARRT, ARMRIT, NMTCB or ARDMS.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen personnel before entering magnet room.
• Scan and document patients under supervision.
• Complete documentation for patient files.
• Perform other duties as needed.
