Job summary

Welocalize is seeking an experienced English into Maltese Review Lead to act as the quality owner for a global technology client. You will ensure consistent interpretation of quality standards and guide Post-Editors, Reviewers, and calibration activities across UI, marketing, and legal content.

You will coordinate with the client’s Language Manager, lead alignment roundtables, publish monthly quality digests, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining strict arbitration records.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) or related roles.
• Primary client contact for Language Managers with arbitration experience.
• Experience with RQE, LQE, error rubrics and severity mapping.
• Analyze style guide changes and map tolerance by content type (Marketing/Legal/UI).
• Facilitation of coaching, shadowing sessions, and monthly quality reporting.
• Native Maltese and professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Review style guides and glossaries; record changes.
• Run alignment roundtables and publish a monthly quality digest.
• Coach reviewers one-to-one and conduct shadowing sessions.
• Propose style guide improvements and share cross-locale patterns.
• Maintain alignment with client decisions and raise concerns with evidence.
