Job summary

Tipico is seeking a Commercial Manager to orchestrate cross‑functional business processes. You will govern scalability, monitor KPIs, and align initiatives with regulatory and commercial aims while partnering with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.

You will assess opportunities from multiple angles, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure viable, customer‑centric improvements across regulated markets. Fluency in English is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Development, or Country Management, preferably in fast-paced digital businesses.
• Ability to assess initiatives from commercial viability, operational impact, compliance, and customer value.
• Strategic thinking to connect big picture with operational realities and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate performance and identify trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management across departments to drive alignment.
• Own initiatives and processes with strong governance and execution.
• English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bridge product, operations, compliance and commercial teams to assess new initiatives.
• Define governance, KPIs and continuous improvement of key business processes.
• Evaluate proposals for operational feasibility, compliance and commercial viability.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure regulatory impacts are understood.
• Analyse impact of new features on performance and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Assess cost, efficiency and ROI of new initiatives.
• Monitor and improve processes to align with strategy and objectives.
