Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) seeks a Malnutrition Informatics Specialist RD to lead and manage the organization's malnutrition program. The role focuses on clinical nutrition, data-driven program development, and ensuring accurate identification and intervention for malnutrition.

You will mentor hospital RDs and CNMs, analyze KPI-driven data, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR licensure and state-specific licensure as required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in nutrition care.
• Expert knowledge of malnutrition, including NFPE per ASPEN guidelines.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis using Excel.
• Experience in hospital malnutrition program development and management.
• Strong collaboration with physicians, RDs, CNMs and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and continuous improvement of hospital malnutrition programs in the assigned area.
• Track KPIs to assess program impact on patient outcomes and malnutrition recognition.
• Analyze monthly hospital site data to monitor trends and drive adjustments.
• Build relationships with physicians, nursing staff, RDs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead multidisciplinary committees, meetings, and training on malnutrition screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Ensure staff are current with ASPEN guidelines and evidence-based practices.
