Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer for a shopping center in Aurora, CO. You will provide security procedures, assist tenants and visitors, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, a valid driver’s license for driving positions, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A background check and drug screen are required. Schedule includes overnight weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and staff while enforcing site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns or violations.
• Complete incident reports and logs maintaining a professional presence.
