Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for a Shopping Center Mobile role in Stamford, CT. You will patrol the retail mall, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

Candidate must be at least 18 for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
Background investigation required by law and policy.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements as per state/local laws.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees while following site policies.
Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the retail center and report security concerns.
Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies using established procedures.
Monitor access points and complete daily activity and incident reports.
Assist with crowd management and guest-service needs during operations and events.
