Job summary

Cafaro is seeking part-time Guest Services Officers to enhance security operations at Grand Central Mall. You will patrol, monitor access points, and deliver courteous service to guests while maintaining a safe environment.

You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, pass a background check and drug screen, and have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license is required; prior security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the facility, including staff, tenants and guests.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and patrons.
• Secure premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings and access points.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily documentation.
