Job summary

The Kennedy Mall in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a part-time Security Guard to help secure the facility and protect staff, tenants, and guests. You will patrol, monitor surveillance, and inspect access points while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills and reliability; a high school diploma or GED is required, plus a valid driver's license. A clean background and drug screen are prerequisites, and Cafaro offers a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communications skills.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clean criminal background and be able to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safety and security of the facility, including staff, tenants and guests.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and patrons.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily documentation.
