Job summary

Per Mar Security Services seeks full-time security officers for temporary assignments in Dubuque, Iowa. The roles include overnight Friday–Monday and day Sundays/overnight Tuesday–Thursday, totaling 48 hours at $20 per hour plus overtime.

All new hires must travel to Davenport, IA for a 1-day orientation and training. Candidates must meet 18+ age, valid driver's license, and pass pre-employment checks, with company assistance for security license eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid driver's license with no disqualifying violations on a motor vehicle report within the last 5 years.
• Consent to a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle check, and criminal background check.
• Meet eligibility requirements for a state security license. We will assist in obtaining one for those that qualify.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile rounds with company vehicle at client's business site to deter and prevent trespassing and theft.
• Ensure that only those that are authorized to do so, remove property from site.
