Responsibilities

• Patrol the mall, parking lots, and surrounding property on foot or in a vehicle.
• Monitor for theft, vandalism, trespassing, and suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, medical incidents, and customer service requests.
• Enforce mall policies, including youth supervision and safety procedures.
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS when necessary.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Assist shoppers with directions, escorts, lost children, vehicle assistance, and other customer service needs.
• Conduct opening and closing security checks of entrances and common areas.
