Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Employment subject to background investigation.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and professionally.
