Job summary

Simon Property Group is seeking a property/asset manager for Carolina Premium Outlets in the United States. The role focuses on protecting and enhancing the owner’s real estate assets by translating center objectives into operations, leasing and revenue programs.

The candidate will lead strategic planning, leasing operations, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, security and tenants to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in shopping centers or equivalent retail environment
• Strong budgeting, accounting and financial analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maximize EBITDA through increasing income sources while controlling expenses within P2P parameters
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan for the center
• Maximize local leasing results from lead generation to tenant opening
• Support marketing to enhance center sales and tenant programming
• Develop and maintain safety, security programs and CEMP for properties
• Build and retain a high-performing mall team
