Job summary

The Cafaro Company is seeking an energetic marketing and events professional to oversee regional mall campaigns for Eastwood Mall. You will lead social media, sponsorships, and community engagement to elevate the center’s brand and drive traffic.

Collaborate with the Property Manager, manage budgets, and build strong tenant relationships while participating in weekend events and marketing programs. This role reports to the Regional Director of Marketing and Communications for Eastwood Mall.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 3-5 years' experience managing a marketing team and sizable marketing budget preferred
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research
• Ability to learn and use new systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent with PC, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Social Media skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Property Manager and Security to oversee daily operations
• Develop opportunities to increase mall traffic through events
• Engage with tenants and monitor their performance
• Manage social media and the center’s website using a CMS
• Identify sponsorship and promotional income opportunities
• Represent the center in community boards and events
