Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year maintenance, janitorial, or related experience.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and converse in the English language.
• Physical requirements: work in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up waste/trash from ramps, lots, and garages.
• Clean lobby floors, windows, stairwells, and elevators.
• Assist with snow removal and minor ramp repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills

Technically and mechanically inclined

Familiarity with hand tools and small power tools

Ability to work alone, unsupervised

Good hand/eye coordination

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
