Triad Service Solutions is hiring dependable custodians to keep mall common areas, food court spaces, and restrooms clean and welcoming for shoppers and tenants in Humble, TX. Training is provided, and prior janitorial experience is a plus but not required.

The role involves active, physically demanding work across all mall areas, with opportunities for training and advancement. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, including corridors, entrances, seating areas, stairways, and other assigned spaces.
• Clean and maintain food court areas, including tables, chairs, floors, trash receptacles, and common surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Replenish restroom supplies and dispose of waste.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
