Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking dependable custodians to help keep mall common areas, restrooms, and food court spaces clean and welcoming for shoppers and tenants.

This active, physically demanding role includes standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working across all shifts including weekends. Prior janitorial experience is a plus but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking and punctual.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, including corridors, entrances, seating areas, stairways, and other assigned spaces.
• Clean and maintain food court areas, including tables, chairs, floors, trash receptacles, and common surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Replenish restroom supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors.
• Spot clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean glass doors, windows, panels and other surfaces.
• Dust and clean furniture and fixtures.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
