Job summary

Triad Service Solutions in Cincinnati, OH is seeking dependable custodians to keep mall common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers and staff. You will work across common areas, food courts, restrooms, and entrances, with on‑the‑job training available and no prerequisite education.

Biweekly pay plus early access to earnings via Tapcheck is offered, with options for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends. The role is physically active and based primarily inside a shopping center.

Qualifications

• No specific education or prior training required.
• Previous janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean mall common areas, including corridors, entrances, seating areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Clean and maintain food court areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and trash receptacles.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Replenish restroom supplies (soap, toilet paper, towels).
• Empty trash, replace liners and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors; spot-clean rugs and upholstery.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and other surfaces; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report hazards to management.
