Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise, train, guide, and support employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and help coordinate janitorial activities during the assigned shift.
• Provide employees with direction, cleaning priorities, assignments, and support.
• Monitor performance, productivity, attendance, and procedures.
• Inspect areas and completed work to ensure standards are met.
• Train new hires on procedures, equipment use, safety, and expectations.
• Ensure staff have equipment and supplies needed to complete work.
• Assist with shift coverage and staffing concerns.
• Communicate concerns and incidents to the Manager.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Assist with daily site operations and implementation of company expectations.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and productive work environment.
