Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking dependable custodians to keep the shopping center clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers, tenants, employees and visitors. This is an active, hands-on role across mall common areas, food court, restrooms and entrances.

No prior janitorial experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with physical work including standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• No specific education or prior training required
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Able to follow instructions and respond to management direction
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, including corridors, entrances, seating areas, stairways, and other assigned spaces
• Clean and maintain food court areas, including tables, chairs, floors, trash receptacles, and common surfaces
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
• Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessary supplies
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors
• Spot clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
• Clean glass doors, windows, panels, sills, and other glass surfaces
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, equipment, ledges, trim, and other surfaces
• Clean and polish metalwork, marble surfaces, and fixtures
• Clean walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
• Maintain areas surrounding elevators, escalators, and stairways
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the property
• Respond promptly to spills, trash, and other cleaning needs
• Monitor assigned areas and address cleaning needs throughout the shift
• Follow established safety, security, and cleaning procedures
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
