Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking dependable, hardworking custodians to help keep the mall clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers, tenants, employees, and visitors.

This active, hands-on position will work throughout the mall, including common areas, food court areas, restrooms, entrances, and other spaces. Training is provided for the right candidate who is reliable and takes pride in their work.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, including corridors, entrances, seating areas, stairways, and other assigned spaces.
• Clean and maintain food court areas, including tables, chairs, floors, trash receptacles, and common surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessary supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors.
• Spot clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean glass doors, windows, panels, sills, and other glass surfaces.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, equipment, ledges, trim, and other surfaces.
• Clean and polish metalwork, marble surfaces, and fixtures.
• Clean walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain areas surrounding elevators, escalators, and stairways.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the property.
• Respond promptly to spills, trash, and other cleaning needs.
• Monitor assigned areas and address cleaning needs throughout the shift.
• Properly use and care for cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials, and supplies
• Follow established safety, security, and cleaning procedures
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
