Job summary

UHA University Health Associates in Morgantown, WV, seeks a Malignant Hematologist to join the WVU Cancer Institute team. The role includes clinical care in hematology/oncology and participation in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, with opportunities for academic advancement.

The successful candidate will practice in Morgantown and may be assigned to additional sites in WV, MD, and PA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and be eligible for state medical license.
• Completed an Internal Medicine Residency program, plus a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship.
• Board certified or eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
• All qualifications must be met by time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the areas of Hematology/Oncology.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
